Professional Business Email

1. Add a domain you own. Works with any registrar — Namecheap, GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Porkbun, Google/Squarespace and more. Scroll to Use a domain you already own, type it (e.g. lifesentryx.com) and click Add Domain. Domains registered through Subilex are already verified — skip to step 3.
2. Prove ownership. At your registrar's DNS panel, create the TXT record the app shows you: host _subilex-verify.yourdomain.com, value = your token. Then click Verify Now. DNS can take a few minutes to a few hours.
3. Route your mail — add these 3 records in Advanced DNS (exact values shown after you click Verify):
   MX · Host @ → mail.amemis.com priority 10 / TTL Automatic ← you are MISSING this one

   TXT · Host @ → v=spf1 mx a ip4:204.168.174.49 ~all

   TXT · Host _dmarc → v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:postmaster@YOURDOMAIN.com ← replace YOURDOMAIN.com with your real domain!

   Example for clovisjillshoesstore.com: DMARC value = v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:postmaster@clovisjillshoesstore.com (not @yourdomain.com).

   Namecheap: Domain List → Manage → Advanced DNS → Add New Record (use TXT type, not SPF type). The A @ → 204.168.174.49 you have is for website hosting (DeployX) — keep it if you host a site, but it does NOT deliver email. Email needs the MX above. Your CNAME www → clovisjillshoesstore.com should be www → @ or just remove the trailing dot.
   These make mail for your domain arrive at (and be sent by) our servers. The verify box below generates the same 3 values with your domain filled in — copy them exactly.
4. Create your mailbox. In the form below, type a name like info or a full address like info@yourdomain.com, pick/type the domain, set a password, then Create Mailbox or Add to Cart.

A verified domain is always required — addresses on providers you don't own (gmail.com, outlook.com...) aren't possible. Manage everything later under Profile → My Email.
