How do I register a domain?
Use our domain search tool on the homepage or the Domains page. Enter your desired domain name, check availability, and add it to your cart. Complete the checkout process to register the domain.
Can I transfer my domain from another registrar?
Yes! You can transfer your domain to Subilex. Make sure your domain is unlocked at your current registrar and you have the authorization code (EPP key). Initiate the transfer from our Domain Transfer page.
How do I set up business email?
After registering a domain, go to the Email page and choose a plan (Basic or Business). Create a mailbox with your desired username and password. Configure your email client using the IMAP/SMTP settings provided.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards via Stripe and PayPal. You can also add funds to your Subilex wallet and use the balance for purchases.
How do I get a refund?
Subilex operates a no-refund policy on domain registrations and email services. If you have a billing issue, please contact our support team through the Contact Us page.
How do I manage DNS records?
Navigate to your profile page, find the domain under "My Domains", and click on domain settings. From there you can manage DNS records, nameservers, auto-renewal, and more.
